The room was clean and comfy, which was a plus. Some furniture felt a bit old and dated though, which wasn't great. The view of the pool was a nice touch, but the space could use a refreshing update. the beds were surprisingly comfortable, making it easy to catch some good sleep. just needed a bit more attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness in some areas.

It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good
The outdoor pool area is a highlight, perfect for relaxing , and the kids had great fun with the waterslide.
The understaffed bar led to long wait times, making evening drinks quite a chore at busy times.

perfect base for exploring stunning attractions and scenic parks
I loved how easy it was to walk from the hotel to the charming village of Alvor, just about a 10-minute stroll, where I discovered vibrant shops and local eateries. Being so close to the beach made my day trips even livelier as I soaked in the sun and seaside views.

Beautiful garden with ornamental ponds, Great pool area with plenty of sunbeds, Convenient free shuttle service
The furniture needs replacing!!! Inconsistent entertainment quality and limited family options left much to be desired!!! Temperature issues with showers added to the discomfort!!!

The food here is a mixed bag. many guests found it repetitive and lacking in heat, which really dampens the all-inclusive vibe. Room cleanliness is another sore spot—some bathrooms could definitely use a deep clean, and many furnishings feel dated. The evening entertainment tends to be pretty basic and uninspiring, with little variety to keep things interesting after a long day. The bar area is quite cramped, making it a hassle when trying to grab a drink at peak times. the pool furniture is showing its age, and it might be time for an upgrade.
